Accent Coaching for Actors
Course Information
At the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, I received actor and drama speech training and voice coaching. I did a lot of accent and dialect work. Since I left in 2008, I have been coaching a number actors in a variety of accents/dialects. This kind of coaching is somewhat different to the elocution and accent softening/reduction work I do and takes a shorter amount of time due to the nature of the client's work and when they need to achieve their goals by.I mainly coach actors for accent required for auditions or projects in TV, Film, Theatre and Radio. Each person I coach goes away from my sessions feeling more confident in their accent work and indeed achieving their goals of being proficient in a new accent.
Students are taught to be confident and proficient in a new accent.

About Me
• A large understanding of the difference between a range of accents and the ability to do over 25 different accents convincingly.
• This in turn aids a complete understanding of how many accents differ from each other and the ability to teach actors any accent needed for their acting work.

Cancellation Policy
If lessons booked are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the lesson must nevertheless be paid for.

No refunds are given on lessons or packages once booked. Therefore, please make sure when booking a block of sessions in advance, you will be be able to commit to all of them.
